"Phil the Beans" was a coffee shop that I started up and operated from my dorm room in college. In addition to managing the business operations, I created the brand and developed all marketing materials.
I offered discount cards to promote word-of-mouth advertising and customer loyalty.
My employees and I also handed out menu/information cards to bring notoriety to the shop.
