12 Angry Men – Kinetic type animation

12 Angry Men
Using a combination of analogue form and digital media – the kinetic type animation unfolds in a confusing arena og perspectives and reflections of light. The dialogue from the old movie classic 12 Angry Men is showcased as a complex and confusing explanation, but at the same time precise and relative to the environment of the story. The form of the structures on which the words are animated, takes it inspiration from the scene of the crime: The two buildings and the train in the middle. The lead role and main narrator is an architect and the form, color and the trim of the animation reflects how he might see it all.

The project was made under supervision of Paul Plowman at the Danish School of Media and Journalism.
