3elagi Medication App
Design Problem
It has became difficult for patients in Egypt to find medication.
Egypt is the most populous country in the Middle East. Inflation and the drop in the currency value have hit hard the medication supply.
As a consequence many pharmacies have been running short of life-saving medication such as insulin.
Patients and their families do a tremendous effort to find their medication. They usually depend:
(1) drive to surrounding pharmacies,
(2) phoning pharmacies,
(3) posting on social media, and
(4) asking friends and families.
Those methods are slow, inefficient, and time and money consuming.

There is a need for a platform that
(1) connects patients with pharmacies and that
(2) gives them the ability to effectively search and locate needed medication as well as compare their prices.
Empathy Map
to summarize main the user research findings
↓
Basic Design Requirements
App that allow patients to:
• Get informed about the availability of needed medication
• Know the location of needed medication
• Know their price in different locations
Information architecture
revealed some issues related to registering users

App Info Architecture
After gathering the main requirements of the application, I created this flow chart information architecture to translate the client's preliminary vision. The flow chart revealed some issues such as:• Some registration information were repeated.
• The history of orders page could be better placed in the Dashboard, since it was literally floating without belonging to any group.
Evaluating the wireframe
and suggesting ways to fix usability issues and pain points

Wireframes Evaluation
I identified some usability problems in the client's wireframe, and provided textual and visual feedback on usability issues that need to be addressed. After evaluating it I highlighted in the above report:
What are users' pain points?
What are corresponding users goal that the pain point is clogging?
What are possible ways to alleviate pain points to reach user goals? and finally
What are the metrics that are needed to measure the efficiency, effectiveness, and user satisfaction in relation to this function?
