UX/UI Design - A Notification System for American Airlines (2015)
For this project, I was asked to develop design concepts for an American Airline's system wide notification center. The following concept screens are variations of solutions that I comprised during the discovery phase of this project. This project did not go any further than the conceptualizing phase... the airline decided to go a different direction with their entire system shortly after the kickoff of this project. (February-April 2015)
"Discovery/Exploration" Phase:
During this phase I visually explore several ideas that may or may not align with all of the gathered information regarding business and system needs conveyed by the customer or main stakeholders. I play around with different looks and functions until I have several UX/UI concepts to test with. Once I have enough, I find as many people as I can to individually go through all of the the concepts/flows and ask them to provide feedback on what works and what doesn't. Then I analyze, revise and retest... I rinse and repeat this process until a final design emerges victorious. :)
