Insight:
One of the most common travel souvenirs used to boost tourism since the 70s is the “I LOVE ‘CITY’” T-shirt. To get the t-shirt you have to get there.
Problem:
Travel is considered too expensive for the young and the restless. But when you’re young is when you should be going to travel. We needed to increase awareness about studentflights.co.za and their wide range of destinations on offer, at affordable prices
– even for a student.
Scope:
We could run a competition on social media where people can upload a pic with them wearing the t-shirts and they could win a flight to that destination.
Solution:
We approached various laundry services around the country, a popular hangout for the not-too-settled student and sneakily slipped travel t-shirts into their clean laundry bags. The t-shirts Invited them to visit studentflights.co.za and discover how easy and affordable it really is to get there and get the t-shirt.
