Conversational UI Prototype
Persona: Telly, a Citi bankteller bot.
This prototype is built around the two most common actions a user wants when interacting with their Citi credit card account: "Tell me my account balance" or "Make a payment". In this dialogue, the user asks to make a payment, and then changes their mind about the payment amount. Further below is a simplified version of the conversation tree.
