My dear friend requested that I created the look and feel of her new venture, a home-bake business. Le ChouChou (pronounced as le-shoo-shoo) means 'my darling' in French. Chou also means cabbage which is why this pastry is named Choux with the craquelin on the top that resembles a cabbage. This design is meant to bring out the whimsicality and personal home-made feel of the brand.
