My book, "Candid," explores high fashion ready-to-wear runway photos and quotes from the Instagram account "OverheardLA." Being from Los Angeles, I have overheard many ridiculous things that could only be said in LA, and often find myself relating to the account due to how the city has influenced my personality. Pairing two seemingly unrelated topics brings a little humor to the seriousness of high fashion and may get you to look at it in a different light.
