Branding of Khadi, one of the most respected fabric of India.

Branding khadi was a challenge as it is already well renowned and has a strong identity. I tried to bring the same attributes of freedom and thought behind khadi to establish the brand "sootmann".  

The exercise also takes it to the step of promoting it to various souvenirs and a interactive visualization about the history of khadi, production, cotton production in various countries and other related information about khadi evolution. 
Brand Name - sootmann

Meaning : sootmann is an image of how khadi is created, it is an showcase of how a person weaves “tana - bana” of khadi. The name sootmann means a yarn weaved from a thought to show the elegance of khadi it possess.
