Reshaping the Catalogue design:
The user testing sessions & the business analytics proved the inability of our customers to find the home service they seek, leave alone discovery of the vast set of home services provided by Housejoy.
It required to restructure the catalogue and present an easy to discover set of services.

Housejoy hosts a plethora of categories for home services, wireframe and UI concepts had to be rolled for all 12+ categories
For Content design, customer feedback and queries collected by the customer support & operations teams, were utilized
