The proposed program in Jalan Tun HS Lee is an urban infill food market and organic farm. The spaces in the program are designed to be open to the circulation of users in and out of the program. It also opens to the exciting views surrounding the site. 

At ground floor, an open and recessed plaza is anchored in the centre of the site. New pedestrian connections are introduced to bring in possible customers and visitors into space in order to activate the plaza, cafe and restaurant are arranged around the plaza to activate different experiences. Corner at the entrance is subtracted to accommodate green space and create a seamless connection. 

An organised layout is used to design the wet market on the first floor to ensure an effective operation of the marketplace. Airwell is introduced in order to allow sunlight penetration to the recessed plaza at ground floor level.
