From Workshop Summary To Effective Change Communication
Here is a little step by step process, showing how we got from a first initial workshop to identify a "common sense" of all project members, which where integrated in designing a new back-end-project-management workflow, to a reasonable poster and various presentation slides, which help all other employees to better understand the new requirements in the future. Surprisingly - for the team members - due to this workshop it came out that there wasn't a well-defined story in the beginning at all. The final process graphic which shows all steps beginning with the first request from client side and ending with the financial statements of the project.
"The wall" - Starting with a workshop, we were able to generate a first holistic view on the whole project, based on all team leaders point of views. This basis was necessary to successfully start the final discussion, how the project should be communicated in one single storyline to the other employees.
