Because creating a beautiful absinthe means taking a number of loud botanical ingredients and making them sing in harmony.
We hand craft our spirits in tiny batches of around two hundred bottles with skill, care and almost fetishistical love.
First we infuse brandy with the unholy trinity of wormwood, fennel and star anise which are the supreme essentials for this acrimonious spirit.
Then the copperhead takes care of the infusion mint, tarragor and opal basil which gives you a heady herbaceous smack to the senses.
La Fée Verte: At once classic... and majestic.
