This is a freelancing website development project I did for The Viral Fever Media Labs, an amazing group of creative professionals in the field of AV Entertainment. They keep coming up with great stuff on youtube which usually gets viral among India's youth. The entire design of the website was done by Vikrant Singh Kirar.
I had to build a one-page website heavy on images but optimised for fast loading. The key features of the website were:-
1. Smooth scrolling page transition.
2. Custom font using @font-face(thanks to font-spring's bulletproof syntax), because I really don't like using cufon.
3. I had to build a nice video player, with a theatre/projection room effect.
4. I did the GIF animations in Adobe Photoshop CS5 optimising them for file size.
5. It was quite a fast paced project as most of the development was done in two nights.
