These graphics were designed for Smiggle's 2017 summer range, 'Universe'. The brief was to combine robots with some sort of gaming vibe: I went for a RTS approach, with support icons that included power ups, barrels and force fields. My initial concept, as seen below, was deemed too young – adding spikes, pulling out a few colours and losing a little goofiness in the character design resulted in the final graphics below.
