This App helps people manage diabetes. 
The idea is to have one app that combines all important aspects of maintaining your glucose level in check and that is regular glucose level control, balanced diet and regular exercise. Since exercise is of a great importance to people that have diabetes I think it is a good idea to have built in functionality in the app where you can monitor your daily workout routine.
