AltCap provides alternative capital for community impact. The organization (formerly KCMO CDE) is a community development financial institution with a mission-based approach to serving Kansas City’s economically distressed communities through alternative financing. Innovative financial products allow them to serve as a catalyst for investment in underserved areas. The alternative financier needed an alternative look to kick off the new brand with its inaugural annual report. What better way to make an impact in the urban core than with a pitch-like tabloid and striking photography. The die cut logo through the book gives a peek into the good work of the organization.
