The design of a new area in the city of Amsterdam, forced to the Town Council of Amsaterdam to announce a idea competition for every lot that would exist in the near future. We won this idea competition, of a lot that was in the main street but in the inicial part of it; this way, the this building would represent the start of the new area main street, that would allowe a higher height. The program demanded 36 apartments and a nursery in the ground floor.
