ASU Email Marketing and Iconography

Implemented mobile responsive email templates across all graduate marketing and recruiting emails. More than 250 email templates were rolled out, many with dynamic content elements. The project was a product of team collaboration across design, content, and development.

Goals of the project included increasing open and click-through-rates, reducing lead engagement timeline and increasing conversion. To date, open rates across the automated nurture programs have gone from around 2% CTR to approximately 14%.
