Spanish/English questionnaire made for Ardeco in Panama as a part of a design study I did during a couple of weeks of my five month internship there.
The goal of the questionnaire was to get a clearer view of how to direct future furniture designs. It was handed out by hotel staff at three different hotels owned by Empresas Bern, which Ardeco is an affiliated company to.
