To design the first bespoke video baby monitor with the aim to continue BT's position as the market leader in baby monitoring in the UK.
The product portfolio, which also included a suite of audio devices was to be built from the ground up. This was not just about building attractive looking hardware and software but really understanding the core demographic and the user interaction with their child, in and around the home.
