The Orpheum Theatre

This project was a collaboration between The Orpheum Theatre and the Hattiloo Theatre to promote the show The Meeting. I believe art can cross all barriers and to be able to experience that first hand is something I will never forget.
While I (sadly) wasn't the one who captured all of the film footage. I did have a blast putting together this video. I know I still have a lot to learn when it comes to After Effects, but I'm dedicated to mastering this powerful piece of software.
While at the Orpheum, I also acted as the in-house photographer. Some say this palace is haunted, but I never felt that way. I always felt a presence of happiness and creativity while walking through the theatre. I hope these images give you the same feeling.
Here's a fun example of engaging social content! At The Orpheum's family shows they often have crafts for the kids. We thought it would be fun to show people how they could create the crafts at home, so we started doing craft videos for all of our family shows.
One of the greatest things about working in a theatre is getting to meet the incredible artists that come to perform. Here's GRAMMY-winner Terrance Simien with his daughter Marcella Simien discussing their background and love for music.
In addition to the projects above, I was also responsible for creating and localizing all the TV and Radio spots for the company, as well as managing the state of the art Audio/Video lab inside the Halloran Centre for Performing Arts & Education.

I'm grateful for my time spent with this incredible non-profit and hope to work with them more in the future.
