MARK XLIV: THE HULKBUSTER_REDUX

HELLO EVERYBODY!
Back in 2015, I modeled a version of this big guy for an infographic feature about the second Avengers movie published in Gulf News newspaper based in Dubai UAE, you can find that project in detail here.
To be honest, I was not pleased with the final look of some of the characters, mainly the
Hulkbuster. I invested quite some time modeling the new Tony Stark's toy, but the texturing and lighting process did not reflected all the detail I would have liked to show. The result of a tight deadline combined with a lack of knowledge regarding a proper unwrapping and texturing process ended in a sad plastic look HB. :(
After a while I found some time to redeem myself, learning more techniques and discovering new amazing tools to work with. I am pretty sure the processes and methods will keep changing over the time, improving the quality, the production pipelines and times, and is precisely that dear colleagues, what I find the most beautiful part of our profession.
THE BEST IS ALWAYS YET TO COME!!!

CHECK IT OUT!
Please take a look on the 3D viewer below, once it is opened, you can freely rotate and zoom. The settings menu is down on the right side, there you can change the textures resolution to HD (only for desktop computers), for mobiles and tablets LD and SD quality works fine. Hope you like it :)

The project was featured twice with another awesome 3D models in Polycount, on the Sketchfab Spotlight | June 2017 and on iamag.co, in the Sketchfab realtime selection #102. :)
