FSC-PS Scholarship Gives High School Students

Antonio Junior is a business owner, founder, and entrepreneur based in Miami Springs, Florida. Mr. Junior splits his time among three organizations: Florida Conservation, Inc., 7one, and Diversified Management, Inc., while also keeping an open mind for further projects. Outside of his work with these companies, Miami's Antonio Junior is a member of the National Association of Urban Bankers, recently renamed the Urban Financial Services Coalition.

The Urban Financial Services Coalition (UFSC) is a non-profit, professional organization in the financial services industry. Established in 1974 in New York City, the trade association today has more than 3,000 members and seeks to promote its culturally diverse members within the field and to provide professional resources to these individuals in their work.

UFSC also recognizes the needs of young people of color who wish to work in the financial services industry, and it provides a variety of scholarships for college students to this end. The FSC-PS (Financial Services Coalition--Puget Sound) Charitable Foundation is aimed to provide high school students in underserved communities with scholarships that allow them to pursue business or finances in college. The scholarship is open to the public and requires a few written essays detailing the applicant’s future plans and ultimate goals.
