The announcement started as a sketch on a notepad, then after a few sketches I had a decent sketch of my pregnant wife. Since we did not know the sex of the baby I had to create two versions: one blue, one pink. My wife and I took the photos for the announcement. I had these custom printed as the size, fold/score was not anything ordinary. I am very happy with how they turned out, everyone mentions how the silhouettes looks just like my wife (as though there is clipart just of her) I smile and tell them that is because i drew the silhouettes based on how she looks.
