The Woodlands has enjoyed unbelievably strong growth over the past 40 years. It has often been touted as the example of how a master planned community should be built; winning accolades and awards across the country. As residential home sales begin to reach maturity, priorities have shifted to commercial growth and revenue generation. Developing and leasing office buildings, retail centers, multifamily residence and condominium sales are the focus of any future development. Malone Media Group provided our thoughts on how we would market a Class A office building (Three Hughes Landing) in the Woodlands and build a strategy to ensure future development has a clear and concise direction. We were honored to bring our ideas to the table and excited to put our signature on a vision for the Woodland’s enduring future.
