A serious whiskey with a sense of humor. 

Inspired by quaint, old English pubs, The Snooty Pig name pairs well with both a classic, old style serif typeface, and also an adorably cute, but supercilious pig. 

Three distinct small batch fine whiskies make up the family line—Straight bourbon whiskey aged seven years in charred American oak, Straight 100% rye whiskey aged five years in charred new oak casks, and the single barrel Special Reserve straight bourbon whiskey aged eleven years for an even more complex flavor with richer notes of vanilla and caramel.​​​​​​​

Food & Beverage Packaging

To prepare for a project with a craft distiller company, I created the Snooty Pig brand to further display my capabilities in an area of design that I’m really passionate about—food & beverage packaging—and more specifically, alcoholic beverages. In addition to the commercially produced food & beverage projects in my portfolio, my goal was to show an even wider range of styles.

1C Printing + Foil Stamping

I used a minimalist color palette with the goal of creating a sophisticated, upscale look for the labels. I accomplished this with simple, one-color printing for a black and white base, plus highlights of select gold foil stamping for an elegant touch.
