The book is the result of three Danish artists and creatives’ wish to create the first high-end coffee table book containing a manual with practical exercises. This untraditional book challenges the common (mis-)conception of beauty as a physical phenomenon, charged with competitive and meterialistic values and behaviour, and brings the attention to the very source and essence of beauty as it is known from nature and the arts; a harmonic and devoted state of being.
