Background:
People are getting increasingly over- worked with little time to themselves as a result they are more prone to suffer from depression and anxiety, this is especially prevalent in women who are more likely to be overworked than men and are less able to deal with it properly.

Insight:
Asian countries are more prone to this problem of being overworked due to their asian values of efficiency i.e. china/- japan/korea where they take on a ‘confu- cian’ ideology for their work

Big Idea: 
Overworked women need a break

Challenge: 
To encourage women to take a break by having llaollao as a dessert that will help them unwind
