My inspiration for this piece was derived from the stage set and the most pivotal part of the play. John created upside down staircases and visioned people walking across them on stage. In the play, Malvolio is tricked into putting on yellow tights. My approach was to take these two elements and meshed them together. Creating curiosity and intrigue to draw the viewer in.
