Employee Aniversary Recognition
Print and digital media
The Human Resources department wanted to reduce it's costs for the employee recognition program, but increase it's value to the employees. I came up with a solution of drastically reducing the size of the printed brochure, and increase visibility by having content moved to an internal microsite. To do that, I created a Microsoft Word document so the Human Resources staff could put the honored employee's biography and photo content in without having to go through the design department. Our team worked with the IT department to create the microsite to organize and showcase each employee's history at NMH. The new materials were all new designs which gave everything a fresh look. I also designed an enhanced email invitation matching the brochure and biography which eliminating additional printing and mailing costs.
The result was a big hit with HR and the employees – and a big cost savings as well.
Below is a sample Employee Biography page. These were being created for Employees who attained 25 years of service. The employee would submit their biography to the HR department who would then type it into the Word template along with the employee photo. That document would then be exported as a PDF and uploaded to the microsite.
