Paper Ache is an artistic identity I created that independently writes and publishes graphic novels and art books with an undertone of horror. My goal was to create line-driven, detailed pieces that were technically beautiful but unsettling. The stories mimic-ed this format, being written as a romance with troubled and creepy characters.
