Ramoji Film City 
User Experience Design


Problem Definition 
RamojiFilm City is a popular and world’s largest integrated film studio complex at over 9,000 acres (36 km) of land in the world as certified by Guinness World Records. 
As the current online presence is not living up to standards for target audience, a re-design became necessary to better accommodate its users. As most people use smart-phones for their daily activities, a responsive website will make communication between the business and its customers more convenient and effective. 

Proposed solution 
•A user centred approach where availability of information and better navigation is the key ingredients, new design will include better offerings and opens up the communication through different channels. 
•In new design I have tried to bring the balance in between images and content, minimalistic approach in mind. 
•The final UX goals are better navigation, information architecture and quick learning.

Scenario 1:
Amarnath is starting to school on a Fridays morning. His daughter reminded him their vacation plan bcz he is getting holidays next weak.
He is not finalised his location still, he is considering ramoji film city bcz of TV add that he saw yesterday.
He opens up google and searched for ramojifilm city and booked the tickets using his debit card.

Scenario 2:
On a Saturday night prasnth is planning for a shooting spot for his short film. All of his friends started search in google and he also started doing the same .
Finally in google images he finds one image  which suits their requirements he came to the site by clicking on the image. In site he found some more locations that he can explore and use them. Finally he decided to go with ramojifilmcity he got contact number from contact page. Called to the number they gave the details of availability so that he can plan for a date. along with the executive also gave the option for post production work. he said he will discuss with team and get back to you.
Friends to gather discussed and finalised the date and decided to use their facilities to postproduction work.  He called to the number again and confirmed the date.

Scenario 3:
In his office caharan is looking for a spot for his marriage aniversary celebration, He is looking for multiple options offers.
He found that ramojifimcity giving some offer. He opened the site using the link below offer and made his purchase.

Scenario 4:
Manjunath is a art director and looking for a set in indoor for his add film. One of his friend suggested him to go with ramojifilmcity he opened up google and searched for ramojifilm city and checked the locations and facilities he will get finally called to the number and confirmed the date by checking the availability.
