"Akumal T-shirt Logo 1", Photoshop, 8.5x11". My submission for a T-shirt logo for Akumal Direct Reservations to win a 3-day stay at their hotel. Didn't win, but it was fun going for graphic design that I've never really done. This design was inspired by a beach scenery and tropical, bold colors of a sunny day and a blue sky/sea.

"Akumal T-shirt Logo 2", Photoshop, 8.5x11. I went for the look that said the turtle was "the jewel of Mexico", hence, the design of the turtleshell. I took silhouettes of palm trees to give the turtle wing-like fins. Then, referenced the color palette of the hotel offered to the winner for the logo.
