Lenovo is a brand that stands for equality. However, with the rate of women employees on the decline, Lenovo wanted to encourage more women to join., This is why, we created a series videos, where successful women spoke about their journey and triumphs. These videos acted as a source of inspiration to women, and Lenovo witnessed a significant rise in applications. The user experience was also designed to make it convenient and hassle-free for women to upload to their CVs, select their locations and be placed at a branch that would suit them the most.
