The Illegal Money Lending Company working in and around the Birmingham area wanted a campaign that helped people to be aware of Loan sharks and also to act as a lifeline to people who had been affected by them. My campaign that was chosen to roll out as a seasonal campaign around Christmas time as this is when most families financial difficulties occur. Loan sharking is a method of intimidation and preying on the vulnerable. I focused mostly on this aspect with my idea, for the sole reason that Loan sharks are more likely to be violent if they know that  they are at risk of being caught. My campaign method was to disguise direct mail as christmas cards  so that it wouldn't arise suspicions to outsiders but would still get the the message straight to the front doors of potential sufferers.
