Tusk Beard
A high ranking business man, elephant wrangler and drug trafficker by trade, Tusk Beard is also a very cruel and greedy individual by nature. Gradually over time his own self destruction and abuse of an unnamed supernatural drug has transformed and twisted his state into a crippled man beast - a manifestation of his cruelty.
Design Process

The metamorphosis inducing minerals have also triggered a mutation in his prize bull elephant, forming a multi tusked giant, three times the size of any normal elephant. This was a side effect due to the burden of being the main use of transportation for the highly toxic goods.
