ASSE International is a third-party certifier for professionals in the construction trades.
To separate the organization’s professional certification program from its product certification program, a separate identity was needed. The certification mark below uses the “ASSE” lettering found in the organization 100-plus year old logo. The rounded-corner rectangle shape makes for easy use on certification patches and helmet stickers, can be easily reiterated throughout designs, and is consistent with ASSE’s 65-plus year old product certification mark (circle). Each certification is designated with a separate color and number, and each certification’s marketing materials are altered accordingly. The flat colors tie in with the organization's general identity.
