This project is the fruit of our labour, during a consulting project within an established company in Montreal, Quebec, within our the Interaction Design Masters Degree, in Université Laval, Quebec City.
The idea was to create the experience behind a potential chat bot experience for a specific target audience. It includes research, UX design and prototyping.
