I made this simple spirit portrait above the fireplace with an enlarged family portrait that I photoshopped an additional woman into the background. I then hand-painted a ghostly miasma around her. I then mounted the photo onto an inexpensive plastic ceiling medallion that I bought at a hardware store and painted black.
