Convergence Partnership is an organization comprised of major foundations focused on ensuring "all neighborhoods, schools, and workplaces offer fresh, local, healthy food, and safe places to play and be active." Staff sought a theory of change that illustrated the multiple stakeholders, overlapping issue areas, and steps towards ultimately achieving equitable social justice with healthy people and healthy places.
