Unused Logo: Shatterdome UK
As part fan of the movie Pacific Rim, the epic sci-fi movie by Guillermo del Toro, there was a particular and amazing opportunity to create a logo for a convention dedicated to it. The idea had been to create a logo in the style of World War II graphics. From there, the logo could be used as a sticker and a patch. Ultimately, the vision of the logo was not agreed upon by everyone on the committee. Nonetheless, designing a highly illustrative logo for an overseas client gave me new insight and experience.
