Behind designing, working out is the second biggest consumption of my time and something I’m very passionate about. I had been looking at some fitness journals online and didn’t see anything that fit my fitness plan, so I decided to design my own.
I do a combination of weightlifting, distance running, and CrossFit—my weightlifting and CrossFit workouts can be recorded in the strength (back squats, deadlifts, Olympic lifts, super sets) and conditioning (metcons, HIIT, circuits) sections, respectively.
