Dr. Dino Bobier, Ph.D is a firing range instructor at Tough Guy's Firing Range and also a Training Officer for the Safeguard Armor Security Training Center, Inc.

He's had an affinity for firearms for its might.

 He believes that proper knowledge over firearms is vital regardless if you're in the law enforcement field.

He also firmly believes it's a great form of self-defence when used properly.

He teaches the proper use of guns to make sure that people become more knowledgeable about the dangers of guns and be more responsible and as the famous quote says: "With great power comes great responsibilty".

Dino Bobier believes that the use of firearms must solely be used for the good and not to condone crime or any form of harmful misdeeds. That makes him the real tough guy.
