“fi wars” is a program to encourage reading for fun among teenagers and young adults. It connects book clubs and interactive games to the traditionally solitary activity of reading. A main component of the program is a collectible card game (similar to Magic or Pokemon cards) that features characters from various fiction books. Interactive advertising materials were designed to strengthen the connection between reading and play.
