The Slam Poetry with Tongue and Hammer is a poster design cooperate with an album and UI design for Vancouver Poetry Slam. The series comes with a poster, an album, and UI design. The Slam Poetry with Tongue and Hammer is a poetry slam for fans of Jack Kerouac and poets 13-20 years of age, who are encouraged to participate in this event. The album records all poems during the event and is also available to the public on iTunes. 

The concept of the series is about Jack Kerouac’s poem “The Taste” from Haiku. The design explores the word “slam” with a hammer and tongue. The color choice is very colorful and bright. The handwriting and drawing with textures create the feel of a beautiful poem.
