In 2015, South African grocery stores were involved in a very public scandal whereby numerous non-pork products were found to have traces of pork in them. For those who don’t eat pork for cultural or religious reasons, this had far-reaching consequences and seriously affected the trust consumers had in South African meat products.
Enterprise Foods, a South African meat company that prides itself on delivering “superior quality you can trust”, asked us to communicate that there non-pork products truly have no pork in them.
