Info
As someone who has always been interested in the minuscule world surrounding us, I greatly enjoy photographing aspects of that world. Jumping spiders are most likely my favorite subject to shoot when it comes to insects and arachnids. Not only because they are inherently peaceful, but also their curious nature often entices them to look into the lens of a camera, as if they were posing. I took these images after searching outside near my home until I finally found this one in a series of bush. Generally inactive at the time, she was relatively easy to photograph.
