Leeds Festival 2012 - The Face of Summer
My entry for the Festival Republic Poster competition strived to capture the excitement and characteristics of Leeds Festival. I had attended the festival 2 years previously so I had a passion and a personal view on the event. I characterised the festival as 'The Face of Summer' as it represents the forefront of the summer for me and my friends, the thing to look forward to. My poster was one of 4 winning entries out of hundreds and was included in a 4 part poster which was displayed around Leeds City in the run up to the festival. I also received tickets to the event and some extra prizes for my poster being the highest voted entry - thank you Festival Republic!
