Materiales Lopez is a leading construction and building materials supplier located in Zamora, Michoacan, México. Their experience and expertise make them one of the leading suppliers in the industry with one of the largest selections of construction related products and building materials in the area.
We took on the task and rebranded them with a distinctive and cohesive identity that will portray such experience and expertise, and will also enhance their position as a solid modern business.
Our proposal revolves around a clean and timeless brand aesthetic. For their icon we created a monogram that evolved from the abstraction of the initials of the business, a simple and solid graphic solution that depicts both their industrial and home improvement services.
As for the collateral and supporting visual materials, we decided to apply a grid inspired by the pegboard walls, usually found in hardware and material suppliers stores, creating layouts with a heavy sense of structure, order, geometry, and other construction staples.
These elements will help ML establish a forward-driven position that allows them to stand out from their competitors.
